This part of ISO 10303 specifies the integrated resource constructs for
State.
The following are within the scope of this part of ISO 10303:
- definition of state;
- definition of what is needed for a state to exist;
- relationship between two or more states;
- assignment of a state to items;
- history of state.
The following are outside the scope of this part of ISO 10303:
- the classification of states;
- those items to which state may be assigned, such as products, activities, people or organizations.
