6 Conformance requirements

Any data file for which conformance to this part of ISO 22745 is claimed shall:

  1. be well-formed XML;

  2. be an instance of a global element defined in the Terminology Service Dictionary XML schema (see Annex B) that is valid with respect to the Terminology Service Dictionary XML schema;

    NOTE 2  See the W3C XML Schema structures recommendation for the meaning of "global element" and requirements for validity.

  3. conform to ISO/TS 29002-6;

  4. satisfy the requirements of Clause 5;

  5. be valid with respect to the Query for Characteristic Data Schematron schema for OTDs (see Annex B).

Any instances of the item entity in the data file, defined in ISO/TS 29002-10, shall conform to ISO/TS 22745-40.

NOTE 5  ISO/TS 22745-40 is a specialization of ISO/TS 29002-10.

Any data specification referenced in the data file shall conform to ISO/TS 22745-30.

Any reference within the data file to a concept dictionary entry shall be to an entry in an OTD that conforms to ISO 22745-1.

Any external identifier within the data file shall conform to ISO 22745-13.
